Introducing the Backorder

Because our physical shop is only as big as it is, it is sadly enough impossible for us to have everything we want to offer to you on stock.
So while we can’t fill our shop with for example all 16 amazing colors of Neoprene Puppy hoods, in every size and every style, that shouldn’t mean that you don’t have the possibility to order them.

This is why we’re slowly introducing the option to order certain products on backorder.

What does this mean for you?
Well it means that you have a wider selection of products to choose from, but that there will be a delay in when the product will be shipped.
How long will you have to wait?
That depends on what product you’ve ordered and where we have to order it from. Of course we will do our best to keep the wait as short as possible, but keep in mind that it can increase with 3-4 weeks. Once we have received your order we will send you an e-mail with the estimated waiting time.
How will you know that a product is on backorder?
Once you’ve selected the right color and/or size of the product, you will get a notification below the drop down menus which looks like this (slight variations possible depending on device/browser):
