Waiting for the post to deliver your packages can be tiring, even during lockdown. So we’re happy to announce that we’re now allowed have the option to pick up your order starting 10 February.
This option is available for customers in the Netherlands and please only choose this option during check out when you are able to pick up your order at our store in Amsterdam.
Please follow the following guidelines:
- Our store will be open, only for store pick ups, daily from 12:00 to 18:00.
- You can add an order note during check out if you have a prefered time (between 12:00-18:00) and/or date for when you want to pick up your order.
- Please always wait for the e-mail saying your order is complete before picking up your order, that way you’re garanteed that it is ready for you in the store. (check your spam-box if you aren’t receiving your order updates by mail)
- Always wear a facemask when picking up your order.
- Disinfect your hands upon entry of the store.
- Go home and enjoy your new purchase!
You can also place an order by phone (+3120-3303337) during opening hours (12:00-18:00) and pay for your order in store with card or cash. We’ll let you know when you can pick up your order when placing it.
